Fellows Projects

2022/23

John McHugo, Balfour Project Trustee, and director of the Fellowship Programme, writes:

This is the fourth year of our peace advocacy fellowship scheme, and we have now reached the point at which we can set out details of the projects which the 2022-3 fellows are working on. They are set out below. These projects reflect both the individual interests of the fellows and areas of importance to the Balfour Project. Some of them, such as the campaign to save Masafer-Yatta and the Mandate social history workshops for schools, follow on from projects begun last year. Others, such as the project on the environmental consequences of the occupation on the Palestinian people and the international law project focussing on the impending post-Brexit free trade agreement between the UK and Israel, are new. We will keep you informed of progress and let you know how to access the projects when they are completed.
